Received item in good condition and very fast delivery. The iron size is small and compact, very convenient for storage. The weight not too heavy, so not feel tired for longer session of use. The water tank is big enough for small volume of ironing, it can last few sessions of use without need to refill water. There is no dial and temperature settings at iron body, temperature is auto adjusted by OptimalTEMP technology, super friendly technology, less worry about burn issue. Tried the ECO mode, still work very well to remove creases of majority garments. The SteamGlide soleplate provides very good and smooth gliding without use a lot of force to glide on garments, not feel much glide resistance force from the soleplate. The package comes with calc-clean container and it is built in descaling system which reminds user need to descale. The carry lock is solid and rigid build, it can secure the iron at base station without issue and easy carry without worry accidentally touching the hot soleplate during storage. Overall, this compact iron is very suitable for small volume of ironing and convenient for storage, highly recommend this reliable brand.

I would definitely recommend this iron, it's worth every penny! It's lovely and light, it irons like a dream. I love that you don't need to adjust the temperature too. I actually don't mind ironing now! I don't have anything negative to say about this product.

Had to replace my old iron which decided to die so was limited on time to review too many but this model was recommended by a friend. The water tank is a good size, the steam function is great, more than I had before and the whole unit is very lightweight. It took me a little while to get used to not being able to stand the iron on it's end which I was used to doing as this just sits flat on the ironing board when not using. The descaling process takes probably 10 minutes altogether, so a bit of time, but I've only had to do it once so far and it was very easy to do. I like the fact that the whole unit does not get hot so once you are done you can put it away straight away, I used to have to let my old one cool down. Despite reading some negative reviews, so far I am happy with this iron

Wish I'd bought one years ago. My ironing is done much quicker and I love the steam on the hanger method for jumpers and awkward areas on certain clothes.
