Philips AventNatural nipple

These teats are great! We have been breastfeeding our little one for just over 12 months. We tried bottle feeding a few months ago but he would not take to the bottle at all and pushed it straight out. These teats are different to other teats I have seen with indentations around the outer edge, which presumably is more akin to the nipple. I was surprised and excited to see him seemingly take to bottle feeding effortlessly with this teat. He also does not seem to have as much wind after feeding and so it has an effective anti-colic function. It must be ‘natural’, as it is so aptly named, for my little one certainly finds it so! Needless to say that we will continue using these teats for the time he is bottle feeding. Great job Philips!

I really like this product i gave 5 stars because the description is true to what it says, similar to a breast, not to fast flowing & is smooth and flexible for my babies combination feeding ( breastfeed & bottle) I would recommend this product to my friends and family or anyone considering this product.

Amazing teats, they are very soft and pleasant, unlike the Classic version of the same Avent. They did not turn yellow after several uses. And a very easy to use.

I chose the recommendation stars as this product is very good, easy to clean and slow flowing .

It was first and I think the best choice for us. Teats are soft spiral designed which makes feeding quicker so we don’t spend lots of time on feeding. Shape is close to mom breast and make me less guilty of not breast feeding of my baby.

Design/Build * The teat is well designed and is a comfortable natural size and shape. It feels a nice weight and flexible without losing design integrity. The shape seems to aid my daughter in maintaining a good latch which helps in reducing air intake and with a windy baby it helps dramatically. Use * This was easy for my daughter to accept, the flow suited her and she took to it very nicely. We also use formula thickener so I was pleased that this teat could easily accommodated the slightly thicker formula with no issue and the flow was still great. Maintenance * Easy to clean, sterilise and assemble making it perfect when it comes to the continuous washing and sterilising. Overall * With the amount of effort that comes with babies (doubling with more babies) it’s really a huge advantage and a blessing to find something that is easy to look after, good quality and that works for your baby. Having used several different types of teats, this has been one of my favourites.

My daughter recently transitioned from breast feeding to bottle we have tried a few teats but they were either to big or to hard for her. This was a perfect balance of both its soft the flow is perfect and it’s not to big for her it’s absolutely perfect also easy to clean another bonus I have just purchased some more this week as it’s been brilliant for her.
